This is for you people who have never read
"So, what's the big deal about Redwall?" You ask. Well, it's this series
of books about Redwall Abbey. They're by Brian Jacques. This series is
about the woodland animals and their lives. They are personficed, and even
have wars. The "bad" animals are rats, stoats, ferrets, weasels, snakes,
and foxes. The "good" animals are mice, squrriels, badgers, otters, hares,
voles, shrews and hedgehogs.* If this description sounds a bit dumb, the
books are really, really great and wonderful. If the size of the books
intimidate you (they're about 350 pages), don't worry. Brian Jacques goes
through every single detail of everything, which makes it twice as long,
but the details are what make the books so good. I've known people to finish
a book in a day.(including myself) They're that good. So to find out even
more about Redwall, read Redwall!
